Amenities
General amenities are essential for a business park in an out of town location, and the nearby Colton Retail Park provides most of the essential daily retail requirements. Thorpe Park is now home to around 4,500 occupiers, and can now support its own facilities within the Park. Work has recently commenced on a scheme to introduce various new amenity facilities within the Park to compliment those nearby to ensure more convenience for the Park users.
The new amenity scheme is scheduled for completion in Summer 2009 and current proposals include for a Brio restaurant/coffee shop, convenience store as well as a delicatessen and sandwich shop. A medical centre and pharmacy will also be included as part of this development.
Future amenities proposed to be introduced on the Park will include a licensed bar and other essential facilities expected on a first class business park.
Numerous arrangements are also in place with local catering companies for the supply of business lunches from sandwiches to silver service.
