Placing the global ecological issues at the forefront of the development criteria, we have developed Innovate Green Office with the following goals in mind:

• To prototype the UK's first commercially developed sustainable office.
• To achieve the highest BREEAM rating of any building in the UK. (87.55% - reducing CO² omissions compared to a conventional office building by approximately 1/5th)
• Significantly reduced life cycle/operational costs.
• Source local and sustainable products in the building construction.
