Masterplan
The Masterplan has been designed to allow for separate districts, creating a village style layout, with a variety of architectural styles.
The Business Park extends to 270 acres, where up to 1.8 million sq ft of office space is planned. It is home to a number of global and national companies and in excess of 20 individual companies already operate from the Park.
The scheme is carefully masterplanned to provide a framework within which separate office schemes can be located, with a variety of architectural styles. Buildings can be made available to suit businesses of all types and sizes, from large corporates wanting a bespoke headquarters building to smaller organisations requiring modest offices. In addition, Regus operate a fully serviced office operation from the Park catering for companies needing just a few workspaces or meeting facilities.
To date approximately 300,000 sq ft of office accommodation has been constructed at Thorpe Park and the majority of the "Southern Sector" of the Park is now developed out. Work has now commenced on preparing land for development in the Northern Sector, with Component 4000 forming the next phase.
