The Park is designed to provide an inspiring working environment. All buildings are developed in a heavily landscaped setting with dedicated areas of amenity landscaping set aside for the enjoyment of the occupiers.
In total, it is estimated that approximately 7,000 trees, 200,000 shrubs and hedges, 50,000 bulbs and 15,000 aquatic plants will be planted during the development of the scheme.
More than one third of the total area of the Park is devoted to a Green Park, giving Leeds its first major public park since before the last century. A network of cycle and footways running through the Green Park will provide excellent leisure opportunities for all occupiers.
