Teesland plc were sold in July 2007 to the Valad Property Group of Australia.
The Scarborough
management now work closely with its counterparts at Valad who assist in undertaking
development, project, asset and property management duties on their retained real estate
interests.
The Chairman of Scarborough is also a Non Executive Director on the Board of Valad.
Scarborough has consolidated net assets of £68.3 million and has involvement in over £1 billion
of development projects in the UK and overseas.
Scarborough owns a major interest in Sheffield
United plc - holding in excess of 75% of the shares.
